Do I need to be Jewish or religious to attend?+
No. Transcend is open to everyone — Jewish and non-Jewish, religious and secular alike. You'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Do I need any previous experience with meditation or Kabbalah?+
None at all. Whether you're completely new or have studied for decades, the retreat is designed to meet you where you are.

What time do I need to arrive on Monday?+
Event registration is Monday from 7:30–9:00 am, with the first session beginning at 10:00 am sharp.
What time does the retreat finish on Thursday?+
The retreat concludes on Thursday at approximately 7:30 pm.
Which airport should I fly into?+
Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International (FLL) is closest to the venue. Miami International (MIA) is also a convenient option.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?+
Taxis and rideshare are readily available. Optional daily shuttle service between our recommended hotel and the venue is included for Gold and Patron guests.
Can I arrive a day or two early or extend my stay after the retreat?+
Yes. You're welcome to arrive early or extend your stay — our recommended hotel offers special rates for Transcend participants. (Please confirm your dates directly with the hotel.)
What's the weather usually like in Miami in November?+
Warm and pleasant — typically mid-70s to low-80s °F, with the occasional light shower. Bring a light layer for cooler evenings.
What should I pack?+
Comfortable clothing, a journal, a reusable water bottle, and an open heart.
Is the food kosher?+
Yes — all meals are prepared to the highest glatt kosher standards.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?+
We do our best to provide gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options at each meal. Please let us know any specific requirement before registering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring my children?+
Due to the sensitivity and intimacy of the experience, no children or babies may attend. Participants must be 18 or older; teenagers may attend with a parent or guardian.

To protect the intimacy and safety of the experience, we personally review each registration to ensure Transcend is the right fit for you.
Can I attend only part of the retreat?+
Transcend is designed as one complete four-day journey, with each day building on the last. We strongly encourage full attendance so you don’t miss any stage.
